Facilitation was hired to apply their unique methodology to the Upside Down
Program. Jacqueline and Rombout Peer’s method of helping the chronically
unemployed is based upon their collective experience in international
management consulting and their use of Richard Barrett’s Seven Levels of
Consciousness Model and the Cultural Transformation Tools® (CTT).

Australia
Annalise Jennings recently delivered a Young Adult Leadership programme forthe Hope Value Indigenous Community in Queensland. The programme is built
on three key principles: accepting personal responsibility, developing
capability through raising self-esteem, and collaboration with Government
and industry to provide working opportunities. More importantly, the
project was delivered in such a way as to promote community engagement and
